When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days, with tracking on every order. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on where you are.
How much is shipping?
Germany €4.99 (free over €60), EU €7.99 (free over €80), USA & rest of world €12.99 (free over €120).
How do Duo & Trio bundles work?
Pick Duo or Trio on any product page and save 10–15% versus singles. Mix squads in your cart to complete your set.
Will my favourite character restock?
Popular characters come back — if your favourite sells out, keep an eye out and you'll get another chance to adopt.
What if my plush arrives damaged?
30-day squish guarantee: replacement or refund, your pick. Just email us with your order number.
How do I wash my squish?
Spot clean only — cold cloth, mild soap, air dry. They hate baths.
How do I use a discount code?
