How long does delivery take?
Every order ships with tracking and arrives in 4–9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your squish is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Germany €4.99 and the rest of the EU €7.99, free on orders over €30. USA and international $9.99, free on orders over $30.
How do the squad bundles work?
Pick Take 2 or Take 3 on any product page and choose any plushies you like — they don't have to match. Two plushies save 10%, three save 15% and unlock a free sticker pack. The saving is applied automatically in your cart.
What if my plush arrives damaged?
30-day squish guarantee: replacement or refund, your pick. Just email us with your order number.
How do I wash my squish?
Spot clean only — cold cloth, mild soap, air dry. They hate baths.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter WELCOME10 (10% off your first squish) or SQUISH15 (15% off orders over €100) at checkout.
